New York High School Baseball - Jamestown holds off Fredonia
May 10, 2025: Jamestown, NY 14701 The Jamestown Red & Green (Jamestown, NY) baseball the visiting Fredonia Hillbillies (Fredonia, NY), 12-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Red & Green now own a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Seneca West for a ECIC I challenge on Monday, May 12. Jamestown will clash with a Warhawks team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY). The Warhawks record now stands at 3-12.
With the defeat, Fredonia drops to 6-6 on the year. The Hillbillies travel to Olean (Olean, NY) to clash with the Huskies in a CCAA I West challenge on Monday, May 12. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Olean won 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Silver Creek (Silver Creek, NY)
