In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish baseball team scored a nice 12-1 win over the Grosse Pointe North Norsemen.

The Fighting Irish (17-4) will now prepare for their game against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 23-4 record. In their last game, Grosse Pointe South knocked off L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 10-2, in a league game.
