May 10, 2025: Maple Park, IL 60151 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Romeoville Spartans (Romeoville, IL) baseball squad the host Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL), by a tally of 4-2.
Next up, the Spartans encounter the Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL) in a Southwest Prairie bout, on Monday, May 12. Romeoville will attempt to upgrade on its 15-12 season record. The Steelmen enter the bout with a 4-23 record after their 10-0 league loss to Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL).
The Knights (16-9) will now prepare for their bout against LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL). The Cavaliers enter the Interstate Eight bout with a 14-10 record. In their last bout, LaSalle-Peru by East Peoria (East Peoria, IL), 7-2, in a non-league bout.
