Minnesota High School Baseball - Mankato West defeats New Ulm
May 10, 2025: New Ulm, MN 56073 The Mankato West Scarlets (Mankato, MN) baseball trounced the host New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN), 9-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Scarlets now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winona for a Big 9 challenge on Tuesday, May 13. Mankato West will clash with a Winhawks team coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to Byron (Byron, MN). The Winhawks record now stands at 2-12.
With the defeat, New Ulm drops to 11-4 on the year. The Eagles host Marshall (Marshall, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 11-4. Marshall lost 6-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Mankato East (Mankato, MN)
