May 10, 2025: Lincoln, RI 02865 In Saturday's non-league test, the Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI), by a count of 13-1.
Next up, the Lions battle the Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) in a Division 3 test, on Tuesday, May 13. Lincoln will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Huskies enter the test with a 11-3 record after their 13-8 league win over Narragansett (Narragansett, RI).
The Chieftains (8-6) will now prepare for their match against Rogers (Newport, RI). The Vikings come into the Division 4 match with a 10-2 record. In their last match, Rogers notched a victory over North Providence (North Providence, RI), 1-0, in a league match.
