Alabama High School Softball - Hayden bounces East Limestone
May 11, 2022: Hayden, AL 35079 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Hayden Wildcats (Hayden, AL) and the visiting East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL), witnessed Hayden's softball squad tip East Limestone by a count of 8-1.
The Wildcats now sport a 17-4 record. They play next when they host Russellville for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 11. Hayden will meet a Golden Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West Point (Cullman, AL). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 17-23.
With the loss, East Limestone moves to 13-14 on the season. The Indians travel to John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL) to meet the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 11. The Cavaliers go into the match with a record of 21-15. John Carroll Catholic won 17-1 in their recent non-league match against Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL)
