Maine High School Softball - York bounces Greely
May 11, 2022: Cumberland Center, ME 04021 York Wildcats (York, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME), 8-1 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Region for a Class B South challenge on Friday, May 13.
With the loss, Greely falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Rangers host Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME) to battle the Capers in a Class B South challenge on Friday, May 13. The Capers enter the challenge with a record of 7-2. Cape Elizabeth won 13-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME)
