Maryland High School Baseball - Crofton wallops Bennett
May 11, 2023: Gambrills, MD 21054 Crofton (Gambrills, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD), 17-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Crofton upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The travel to Decatur (Berlin, MD) to battle the Seahawks in a non-league test on Saturday, May 13. The Seahawks come into the test with a record of 17-2. Decatur won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE)
With the defeat, Bennett falls to 6-10 on the season.
