The Massac County Patriots crushed the visiting Hamilton County Foxes baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 10-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carbondale for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 13. Massac County will face a Terriers team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Murphysboro (Murphysboro, IL). The Terriers record now stands at 10-16.

Next, the Foxes face the Fairfield Mules (Fairfield, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 15. Hamilton County will attempt to move on its 4-20 season record. The Mules enter the bout with a 7-19 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to Centralia (Centralia, IL).
