Delaware High School Soccer - Newark knocks off McKean
May 11, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19808 Newark Yellowjackets (Newark, DE) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), 6-0 in a league challenge.
The Highlanders now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Concord for a Blue Hen challenge on Friday, May 12. McKean will confront a Raiders team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Ursuline Academy (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 6-6.
