Minnesota High School Softball - Cretin-Derham Hall bounces Academy of Holy Angels
May 11, 2024: St. Paul, MN 55116 Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders (St. Paul, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now sport a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Ridge for a Suburban East challenge on Monday, May 13. Cretin-Derham Hall will face a Raptors squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Raptors record now stands at 6-9.
With the loss, Academy of Holy Angels falls to 11-2 on the campaign. The Stars travel to Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN) to face the Zephyrs in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 13. The Zephyrs enter the challenge with a record of 6-13. Mahtomedi won 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Highland Park (St. Paul, MN)
