La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI) fans left the game pleased Sunday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Central Catholic Raiders (Lawrence, MA), 9-4 in a league match.

With the triumph, La Salle Academy advances its record to 12-4 on the season. The Rams host Lincoln (Lincoln, RI) to battle the Lions in a Division 1 match on Thursday, May 15. The Lions come into the match with a record of 3-10.

The Raiders now have a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lowell for a Merrimack Valley 1 match on Monday, May 12.
