May 11, 2026: East Swanzey, NH 03446 The Monadnock Huskies (East Swanzey, NH) baseball trounced the visiting Brattleboro Bears (Brattleboro, VT), 14-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Huskies now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fall Mountain for a Division III challenge on Wednesday, May 13. Monadnock will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Conant (Jaffrey, NH). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-2.
With the defeat, Brattleboro drops to 1-4 on the year. The Bears host Burr & Burton (Manchester, VT) to clash with the Bulldogs in a SVL - A challenge on Wednesday, May 13. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Burr & Burton won 13-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Fair Haven (Fair Haven, VT)
