In Monday's non-league match, the host Covington Buccaneers softball team scored a nice 23-1 win over the Catholic Central Irish.

The Buccaneers (20-5) will now prepare for their match against Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH). The Cavaliers come into the Three Rivers match with a 6-16 record. In their last match, Lehman Catholic was routed by Botkins (Botkins, OH), 10-0, in a non-league match.
