In Thursday's non-league game, the host Episcopal Academy Churchmen baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers.

The Fightin' Tigers (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Delaware County Christian was edged by Plumstead Christian (Plumsteadville, PA), 11-3, in a league game.
