Ohio High School Softball - Norton bounces Beachwood
May 12, 2022: Norton, OH 44203 The Norton Panthers routed the visiting Beachwood Bison softball squad by a final score of 14-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Panthers (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against Coventry (Akron, OH). The Comets go into the Portage Trail - Metro battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Coventry notched a victory over Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH), 10-0, in a league battle.
The Bison now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Harvey for a Chagrin Valley - Chagrin battle on Friday, May 13. Beachwood will confront a Red Raiders squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 11-1.
