The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) and the visiting Montgomery Vikings (Semmes, AL), saw Central's softball squad nip Montgomery by a count of 5-3.

The Red Devils now sport a 41-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Theodore for a non-league match on Thursday, May 12. Central will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 21-11 non-league win over Montgomery (Semmes, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 19-16.
