Illinois High School Softball - Rochelle loses to Forreston
May 12, 2022: Forreston, IL 61030 The Forreston Cardinals softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Rochelle Hubs to 3 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Forreston improves its record to 15-4 on the year. The Cardinals host Polo (Polo, IL) to clash with the Marcos in a NUIC East game on Friday, May 13. The Marcos come into the game with a record of 8-7. Polo lost 11-7 in their recent non-league game against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL)
In their next game, the Hubs clash with the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 14. Rochelle will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record.
