California High School Softball - St. Anthony bounces La Quinta
May 12, 2022: Long Beach, CA 90802 St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting La Quinta Blackhawks (La Quinta, CA), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Saints now sport a 16-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tesoro for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 14. St. Anthony will face a Titans squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Titans record now stands at 19-11.
With the loss, La Quinta falls to 22-7 on the campaign.
