May 12, 2023: Washburn, TN 37888 University Buccaneers (Johnson City, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Washburn Pirates (Washburn, TN), 16-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, University upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Hancock County (Sneedville, TN) to battle the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, May 13. The Indians come into the test with a record of 2-4. Hancock County won 11-8 in their recent non-league test against North Greene (Greeneville, TN)
