May 12, 2023: Rockford, MI 49341 Rockford Rams (Rockford, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets (Beverly Hills, MI), 10-8 in a non-league battle.
The Rams now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host East Lansing for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 16.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 25. Detroit Country Day will attempt to advance on its 10-1 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 13-4 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Divine Child (Dearborn, MI).
