The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks (Saratoga Springs, NY) and the visiting Albany Academy for Boys Cadets (Albany, NY), saw Saratoga Springs's baseball team beat Albany Academy for Boys by a margin of 14-5.

The Blue Streaks (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY). The Eagles enter the Section 2 Suburban - Blue battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Bethlehem Central was overwhelmed by Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY), 5-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Cadets face the La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial battle, on Tuesday, May 13. Albany Academy for Boys will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Cadets enter the battle with a 13-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Columbia (East Greenbush, NY).
