Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers (Buffalo, NY) followers left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Cheektowaga Chargers (Cheektowaga, NY), 11-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Bishop Timon-St. Jude moves its record to 8-8 on the season. The Tigers host St. Francis (Hamburg, NY) to battle the Red Raiders in a Monsignor Martin match on Wednesday, May 14. The Red Raiders come into the match with a record of 3-11. St. Francis lost 8-2 in their recent non-league match against Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA)

The Chargers now possess a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Aurora for a non-league match on Thursday, May 15. Cheektowaga will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Eden (Eden, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-6.
