New York High School Flag Football - Niagara Falls thwarted by Lockport
May 12, 2025: Lockport, NY 14094 Lockport Lions (Lockport, NY) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Niagara Falls Wolverines (Niagara Falls, NY), 26-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Lockport improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Kenmore East (Tonawanda, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 11-2. Kenmore East won 7-6 in their recent non-league battle against Lancaster (Lancaster, NY)
The Wolverines now have a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Seneca West for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 13. Niagara Falls will play a Warhawks team coming off a 24-6 non-league win over Lockport (Lockport, NY). The Warhawks record now stands at 2-7.
