New York High School Baseball - Elba loses to Letchworth
May 12, 2025: Gainesville, NY 14066 Letchworth Legends (Gainesville, NY) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Elba Lancers (Elba, NY), 21-8 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Letchworth advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Legends travel to Caledonia-Mumford (Caledonia, NY) to battle the Raiders in a non-league match on Thursday, May 15. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 5-4. Caledonia-Mumford lost 7-0 in their recent non-league match against Keshequa (Nunda, NY)
Next, the Lancers face the Oakfield-Alabama Hornets (Oakfield, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 16. Elba will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
