The Midland Chemics baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Heritage Hawks to 3 in the Chemics non-league win on Monday.

The Chemics now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dow for a non-league test on Thursday, May 15.

With the defeat, Heritage drops to 1-8 on the year. The Hawks host Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 21. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 4-0.
