May 12, 2025: Richfield, MN 55423 In Monday's non-league test, the Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN), by a tally of 7-1.
Next, the Jaguars clash with the New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) in a Metro West test, on Tuesday, May 13. Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 17-1 season record. The Trojans go into the test with a 6-7 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to New Ulm (New Ulm, MN).
The Stars (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Zephyrs go into the non-league test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Mahtomedi was routed by Tartan (Oakdale, MN), 13-4, in a non-league test.
