Port Clinton Redskins (Port Clinton, OH) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Fostoria Redmen (Fostoria, OH), 18-4 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Port Clinton upgrades its record to 12-11 on the year. The Redskins travel to Edison (Milan, OH) to play the Chargers in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13. The Chargers enter the game with a record of 17-5. Edison won 16-2 in their recent non-league game against Perkins (Sandusky, OH)

The Redmen now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty-Benton for a non-league game on Wednesday, May 14. Fostoria will play a Eagles squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Defiance (Defiance, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 17-5.
