The Mason County Central Spartans baseball squad (Scottville, MI), was overwhelmed 15-4 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Shelby Tigers (Shelby, MI)

With the triumph, Shelby moves its record to 17-6 on the season. The Tigers host Muskegon Catholic Central (Muskegon, MI) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 13. The Crusaders come into the contest with a record of 14-3.

The Spartans now possess a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Onekama for a non-league contest on Thursday, May 14.
