The Lincoln-Way Central Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Sandburg Eagles to 1 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homewood-Flossmoor for a Southwest Suburban game on Tuesday, May 18. Lincoln-Way Central will meet a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 8-7.

The Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Shepard (Palos Heights, IL). The Astros enter the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Shepard was nudged by Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
