With the win, Beaufort upgrades its record to 17-12 on the season. The Eagles travel to Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC) to encounter the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 15. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 23-7. Brookland-Cayce lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Hanahan (Hanahan, SC)
With the defeat, Dreher falls to 20-6 on the season.
