In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting New Hope-Solebury Lions baseball team scored a tight 8-2 victory over the South Hunterdon Eagles.

The Lions (6-12) will now prepare for their game against William Tennent (Warminster, PA). The Panthers go into the Suburban One - Freedom game with a 5-13 record. In their last game, William Tennent was overwhelmed by Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA), 6-1, in a non-league game.
