May 13, 2023: Evanston, IL 60201 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Jones Eagles (Chicago, IL) volleyball squad edged the host Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Von Steuben Panthers (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 15. Jones will attempt to better on its 23-9 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 9-15 record after their 2-0 league win over Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL).
With the loss, Evanston drops to 14-15 on the campaign. The Wildkits host Deerfield (Deerfield, IL) to battle the Warriors in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 13.
