Delaware High School Soccer - Woodbridge knocks off McKean
May 13, 2024: Wilmington, DE 19808 Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Raiders confront the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 15. Woodbridge will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Colonials enter the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 4-0 league loss to St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE).
The Highlanders now have a 1-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glasgow for a Blue Hen - Flight B challenge on Tuesday, May 14. McKean will confront a Dragons team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE). The Dragons record now stands at 1-13.
