May 13, 2024: Mansfield, MA 02048 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Mansfield Hornets (Mansfield, MA) and the visiting Taunton Tigers (Taunton, MA), saw Mansfield's lacrosse team top Taunton by a margin of 15-0.
The Hornets (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin (Franklin, MA). The Panthers enter the Hockomock challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, Franklin beat Oliver Ames (North Easton, MA), 15-0, in a league challenge.
The Tigers (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Bristol-Plymouth RVT (Taunton, MA). The Craftsmen enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Bristol-Plymouth RVT was overwhelmed by Bishop Connolly (Fall River, MA), 9-8, in a league challenge.
