May 13, 2025: Scio, OR 97374 The Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Scio Loggers to 2 in the Cavaliers non-league win on Tuesday.
The Cavaliers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kennedy for a non-league test on Thursday, May 15. Blanchet Catholic will play a Trojans team coming off a 14-3 non-league win over Scio (Scio, OR). The Trojans record now stands at 5-1.
With the defeat, Scio drops to 3-4 on the year. The Loggers host Country Christian (Molalla, OR) to play the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 20. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 0-2. Country Christian lost 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR)
