Virginia High School Soccer - Kecoughtan nudged by Woodside
May 13, 2025: Newport News, VA 23608 Woodside Wolverines (Newport News, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Woodside advances its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Manor (Portsmouth, VA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, May 16. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-2.
The Warriors now have a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bethel for a non-league test on Thursday, May 15.
