May 13, 2025: Aldie, VA 20105 In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Briar Woods Falcons lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-9 triumph over the Lightridge Bolts.
The Falcons (12-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Independence (Ashburn, VA). The go into the Potomac challenge with a 12-1 record. In their last challenge, Independence by Riverside (Leesburg, VA), 7-4, in a league challenge.
Next, the Bolts clash with the Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) in a Potomac challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Lightridge will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 15-5 league loss to Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA).
