In Tuesday's non-league test, the Vestaburg Wolverines (Vestaburg, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the host All Saints Central Cougars (Bay City, MI), by a tally of 8-2.

Next, the Wolverines clash with the Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI) in a Mid-State test, on Friday, May 16. Vestaburg will attempt to advance on its 22-4 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 3-12 record after their 13-2 league win over Montabella (Blanchard, MI).

The Cougars (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Owendale-Gagetown (Owendale, MI). The Bulldogs go into the North Central Thumb - Stripes test with a 1-4 record.
