May 13, 2025: Clyde, OH 43410 In Tuesday's non-league test, the Eastwood Eagles (Pemberville, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH), by a tally of 6-1.
Next, the Eagles meet the Rossford Bulldogs (Rossford, OH) in a Northern Buckeye test, on Thursday, May 15. Eastwood will attempt to advance on its 18-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 6-12 record after their 7-5 non-league win over Perkins (Sandusky, OH).
The Fliers (18-6) will now prepare for their test against Calvert (Tiffin, OH). The Senecas go into the non-league test with a 16-3 record. In their last test, Calvert held off Old Fort (Old Fort, OH), 13-3, in a league test.
