Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Taft School drops to Convent of the Sacred Heart
May 14, 2022: Watertown, CT 06795 In Saturday's league contest, the Convent of the Sacred Heart Tigers (Greenwich, CT) lacrosse squad routed the host Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT), by a count of 17-8.
Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Hotchkiss School Bearcats (Lakeville, CT) in a NEPSAC Freelance contest, on Wednesday, May 18. Convent of the Sacred Heart will attempt to advance on its 8-0 season record. The Bearcats enter the contest with a 13-0 record after their 11-6 league win over Greenwich Academy (Greenwich, CT).
The Big Red now sport a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Choate Rosemary Hall School for a NEPSAC Freelance challenge on Wednesday, May 18. Taft School will meet a Wild Boars squad coming off a 10-7 league loss to Westminster School (Simsbury, CT). The Wild Boars record now stands at 1-4.
