Maine High School Baseball - Foxcroft Academy loses to Ellsworth
May 14, 2024: Ellsworth, ME 04605 In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Ellsworth Eagles baseball team scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Foxcroft Academy Ponies.
The Eagles (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Coyotes go into the Class B North game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Old Town tipped Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME), 6-0, in a league game.
The Ponies (11-1) will now prepare for their game against Dexter (Dexter, ME). The Tigers go into the Class C North game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Dexter was overwhelmed by Searsport (Searsport, ME), 4-3, in a non-league game.
