The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Belle Vernon Leopards (Belle Vernon, PA) and the visiting Derry Trojans (Derry, PA), saw Belle Vernon's baseball team gain a win over Derry by a tally of 7-0.

The Leopards (14-6) will now prepare for their battle against Beaver (Beaver, PA). The Bobcats enter the non-league battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, Beaver held off North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), 8-4, in a non-league battle.
