North Carolina High School Baseball - Midway holds off East Carteret

The Midway Raiders baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host East Carteret Mariners to 0 in the Raiders non-league win on Wednesday.

The Raiders now hold a 21-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to SouthWest Edgecombe for a non-league test on Friday, May 16. Midway will play a Cougars team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 17-7.

With the defeat, East Carteret drops to 26-1 on the year.
