The Providence Panthers baseball squad (Charlotte, NC), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC)

With the triumph, T.C. Roberson moves its record to 22-5 on the season. The Rams travel to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC) to confront the Mavericks in a non-league contest on Friday, May 16. The Mavericks come into the contest with a record of 21-7. Marvin Ridge won 4-0 in their recent non-league contest against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC)

The Panthers now possess a 23-6 record.
