The Wyoming Area Warriors triumphed over the host Old Forge Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 4 challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Wyoming Area will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The enter the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA).

The Blue Devils (9-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Bucks enter the Lackawanna 3 challenge with a 11-8 record. In their last challenge, Dunmore was routed by Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA), 8-0, in a league challenge.
