The Washington Hatchets (Washington, IN) baseball trounced the visiting Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), 10-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Hatchets now own a 14-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paoli for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 18. Washington will clash with a Rams team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Crawford County (Marengo, IN). The Rams record now stands at 12-7.
