The Clio Mustangs softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Flushing Raiders to 2 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs (17-1) will now prepare for their match against Goodrich (Goodrich, MI). The Martians go into the non-league match with a 13-7 record. In their last match, Goodrich gained a win over Kearsley (Flint, MI), 14-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Michigan Lutheran Seminary Cardinals (Saginaw, MI) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 26. Flushing will attempt to better on its 2-19 season record.
