In Thursday's non-league test, the Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Delta Eagles (Muncie, IN), by a tally of 11-2.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Shenandoah Raiders (Middletown, IN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 16. Lapel will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Raiders go into the test with a 8-9 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to Knightstown (Knightstown, IN).

The Eagles (10-11) will now prepare for their test against Wapahani (Selma, IN). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 3-15 record.
