May 15, 2023: Vincennes, IN 47591 The Barr-Reeve Vikings softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host South Knox Spartans to 1 in the Vikings league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Barr-Reeve moves its record to 21-3 on the year. The Vikings host Southridge (Huntingburg, IN) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 16. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 12-10. Southridge won 6-2 in their recent league game against Princeton (Princeton, IN)
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Loogootee Lions (Loogootee, IN) in a Blue Chip game, on Wednesday, May 17. South Knox will attempt to move on its 10-9 season record. The Lions come into the game with a 13-7 record after their 10-1 league win over Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN).
